Our shopping cart system requires that you have "cookies" enabled in whatever browser you are using. You absolutely have to make certain that the privacy settings are not set too high to shop on the Internet. I would really love to get some shirts, but I don't feel comfortable giving out my credit card information on the Internet. Are there other payment options like money orders?

We definitely want your business! We understand that not everyone has a credit or debit card, so we will definitely take your order with a money order! Here's how...
  1. Choose the shirts you want to get, choose the sizes of those shirts, and choose what color you want those shirts to be. Email us by following THIS LINK and tell us all of that information, plus your intent to buy with a mailed payment via money order.
  2. Once we get your email with your information, we'll email you right back! Ours will be an invoice that includes your total cost after compiling shirt and shipping fees. It will also include our address to ship your payment to.
  3. When you get your email, print it out! This will be your order form. Include a money order for the total amount, including shipping. Put that in an envelope addressed with the address we supplied on your invoice email and give it to your postman. We'll ship those shirts of yours out as soon as we get your mail in hand!

Can you make all of my shirts with the images displayed on the backs of my tees?

Putting the images and words on the backs of the shirts is no hassle for us in the least, and we will happily do this for you at no additional charge. All you have to do is to make note of your request in the "comments" section of your order.

How long does it take to get my shirts after my order is placed?

Happy customers are the most important thing to us around these parts, and extremely quick shipments make our customers happy. You can expect shipments to go out within 24 hours of paying for your shirts. Since we advance orders to production so quickly, you get your shirts very fast. It takes a day to advance your order and a day to move it through production. Your order then ships the same day it is made. We advance orders Monday thru Friday, 7am to 3pm CST. We don't work on holidays or weekends. If you happen to place your order with us on one of these days our doors are not open, then we will be making your order the very next shipping day available. If you order on Thanksgiving, then your order will be going out on the following Monday. We pride ourselves on keeping a fully stocked warehouse here, and the vast majority of the orders that come in are ready to be made and shipped quickly. We scarcely ever need to order supplies for an order to be completed, but if we do it usually only takes a couple of days for us to restock and ship your order. If we are out of stock on an item, it will be back ordered and will ship as soon as we have replaced our inventory. This usually only takes a couple of days, so your order will still arrive very quickly...just not AS quickly.

There are many shipping options, all with different costs, when you are considering how fast you need your order delivered. Need it by the weekend? You should probably choose something other than our standard shipping choice.

In our effort to provide the most options available to our customers, people who live within the Continental United States of America have three separate speeds at which they can choose to have their package sent.

  1. Standard Shipments are faster than almost anyone else out there because of our fast processing, making our shipments in only THREE to EIGHT business days.
  2. For those in a rush, the Expedited option can be expected to arrive at your door in an even speedier 2-3 work days.
  3. If you need your order extremely fast, we can make that happen for you with our Express Shipping, which will get your package to you in only 1-2 business days.
NOTE! If you are ordering from the states of Hawaii or Alaska, then your shipment will come to you through Priority Mail, which will be 5-10 work days. These delivery times are mere approximations, due to the fact that we cannot predict shipping delays associated with the U.S.P.S. or with stocking times when supplies are out. You can choose to give your e-mail address to us when you place your order, and we will e-mail the shipping info to you at the time your order ships. Sorry, but this service is unavailable for Alaska, Hawaii, and orders outside of the U.S.

Our International friends from the nations of Denmark, Germany, Finland, Netherlands, Australia, Norway, New Zealand, Great Britain, Canada, North Ireland, and Sweden are welcome to order using our International Shipping option. I know FOUR to EIGHT weeks is a long time to await an order, but that is the unfortunate reality of International shipping. Please have patience! Please do not contact us in one week, asking where your order is. When these orders leave American shores, we no longer have the ability to track them. We are sorry, but we are not in control of this feature.

It doesn't matter if your shipment is declared as a GIFT, because we are legally liable to reveal the value and the inventory of your shipment to customs. We will not take responsibility for any additional charges tacked on by Customs, so please take note of this responsibility when ordering. If you are ordering Internationally, please call your local CUSTOMS Agent to answer all of your pertinent questions on the topic.

This is a company that stands up proudly for our men and women in the field of service to this country, and we are very pleased to ship wherever these Military Personnel may be stationed in the world. APO/FPO orders are welcome and encouraged. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our faster means of shipment to Military destinations, since so many of them are across the ocean. Express and Expedited shipments are unavailable to Military orders. Please disregard the quoted shipping estimates for delivery listed above if you are ordering for an APO/FPO address, as these delivery times do not apply.

If you are ordering your shirt to be delivered to a PO BOX address, then it will be shipped with USPS Standard Mail, which will take 3-5 Work Days to arrive.


Having Issues With Ordering?

You need to make certain that your credit card billing address is correct. If you feel confident that everything is in order, and you are still being rejected then you may use the following information.
  1. Quadruple check your billing information! This is the most common mistake, so make sure it isn't YOUR mistake too!
  2. Have you moved in the last six months? Sometimes your bank or credit card company hasn't updated their information on you yet. Try your old address.
  3. Still getting a rejected from our cart? Perhaps you should try a different card.
